SihanoukVille, Cambodia has grown from a sleepy seaside town, into Cambodia's premier beach resort destination.  Tourism has been up over 100% in each of the last 4 years.  The beaches are filling up with resorts (and casinos), but it's a few years away from being crowded here (except for major holidays)
